Strawberry Frost

An awesome summer drink!

2 cups strawberries
Juice of 2 oranges
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 cup apple juice
5 to 8 ice cubes
Whole berries for garnish

Puree strawberries in a blender; add juices.  Add ice cubes one at a time; crush.  Pour into tall glasses.  Garnish with whole berries.

Variation:  For a creamier taste, fold in 1/2 to 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt.

Shred 1/2 cup of cilantro leaves and combine with lime juice; set aside.

Makes 2 servings.
