Raspberry Puree

A healthy and delicious sauce.

2 pints fresh or frozen raspberries
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
pinch granulated sugar

Wash and hull fresh berries.  In a blender or food processor, combine ingredients and puree until smooth.  Chill.

Serve as a sauce over pears, peaches and other fruit, ice cream, waffles and French toast.
Makes 4 cups.
