I bought your book The Road to A Healthy Heart but had a question regarding Palm Fruit Oil. In your book it says on page 169 not to buy anything with palm, oil, palm kernel oil and palm fruit oil. I am very confused because people are saying that palm fruit oil is good for you.

Palm fruit oil is just palm oil with another name. When palm oil & palm kernel oil came under question because of their saturated fat content, some manufacturers added the word "fruit" to make it sound healthier. It isn't. I'd avoid it. Most of the positive reports on the internet come from organizations that sell the product. When you go to medical studies the results are different.
