Hi Joe,rnrnI was present this morning at the Northwest Kidney Center Breakfast Of Hope. I wanted you to know I thought you gave a stellar and heartwarming presentation! I am writing a blog on my website (www.speakingtowin.com) on you and what you shared about stress management. I am wondering where that list might be found both of the test you left at our tables about Type A personalities (I got an A+ by the way...scary?!) and your Stress Management list of Four Steps for Stress Reduction?I wanted to direct my readers to it by a link. Thanks. rnrnAnd again great talk this morning. Your talk was the best breakfast speaker talk I had seen in quite a long time!rnrnWArm regards,rnMary Anne DorwardrnCEO-Speaking To Winrnmadorward@speakingtowin.com

Thanks for your kind comments about my talk for the Northwest Kidney Foundation. Please excuse the delay in replying to you. I was out of the country on a lecture tour and just returned.
