I read the "21 tips to a healthy heart" on a poster in my doctors office.
Is it possible to get a phamplet of the tips?? I would like to post it on my refrigerator as a helpful reminder. I tried printing it out on my computer but the site mentioned would not print.

There have been a lot of requests for this poster. You'll find it on the "Ask Joe" page. Just click on "Tips" and it will take you to the poster. You should be able to download it from there.
