Is there a DVD or video available for purchase of Road to a Healthy Heart?

Right now, THE ROAD TO A HEALTHY HEART is in book form only. I'm pleased that so many patients like the information, tips and recipes.
My current DVD is TAKE A LOAD OFF YOUR HEART. On it Dr. Barry Franklin and I examine cardiac risk factors, exercise, stress, drug therapy...and diet! There is a lot of information on how to set up and maintain a healthy eating program based on the Mediterranean diet, something I've done for 31 years. I hope you'll take a look at it.
This DVD is produced by PBS, so the production quality is very high. And priced at $39.95, it is reasonable for patients to purchase. You can get more information on the Bookstore page.
My next PBS program & DVD will be on the health of American children. We hope to have it out in 2008. I'm very excited by it.
