I attended your presentation at St. Agnes Hospital in Fresno, CA. I learned much from the 1 hour lecture. I have a question about the chart titled "Construct Your Personal Fat Budget" that you distributed. I am about 230 lbs. My ideal weight is about 180. If I strictly limit my fat intake to the final figure of fat grams per day, would I be able to expect to eventually reduce my weight to the ideal weight? Is that without taking into consideration calories or carbs? Or do calories and carbs even need to be considered?
