At 52, I am a heart attack survivor. I'm not overweight or a smoker, but my arteries like to clog up. I'm exercising a lot and eating well. Since the heart attack, I have been avoiding red meat and cheese. I know there are low fat cheeses. How does cheese fit into a heart healthy diet?
