We have been showing our cardiac rehab patients Don't Eat Your Heart Out and another video however I don't seem to be able to locate any replacement videos. I have only located books and that doesn't work for group teaching/viewing. Any suggestions? From a cardiac rehab RN

The Don't Eat Your Heart Out video was produced a few years ago & the information is dated. That is why it is no longer available on my website.
The current instructional video is Take A Load Off Your Heart. On that video Dr. Barry Franklin & I cover cardiac risk factors, diet, exercise, stress and drug therapy. Many programs use it as a teaching tool. Detailed information on the video/DVD is on the website.
At this point I have no plans to do another video on healthy eating, but if there is enough demand, I would consider doing one based on my latest book, The Road to a Healthy Heart Runs Through the Kitchen.
