Extra Crispy Oven-Fried Chicken

How easy is this?  


2 whole chicken breasts, halved
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1/2 cup Grape-Nuts flakes

Remove skin from chicken, bone if desired.  Dip chicken in milk, then in Grape-Nuts flakes.  Bake in a nonstick pan at 400 degrees F. for 30 minutes.  Reduce heat to 350 degrees F.  Cover loosely with foil.  Bake 20 to 30 minutes longer.  Do not turn chicken during baking.

4 3-ounce servings.
