Not Your Ordinary Joe

Joe knows more than a little about commitment and defying the odds. At age 32, a successful businessman with a young family, Joe underwent coronary bypass surgery. The prognosis was not good with doctors predicting he would not live to be 40. Joe’s philosophy: "You can't change the cards you were dealt, but you can change the way you play them." And he did. Joe recently celebrated his 31st anniversary of that heart surgery. He’s living proof that with motivation and the right information, living a balanced lifestyle for optimal health is possible.
